Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

Silver Current Press LLC sells digital educational resources and accepts voluntary contributions through this site. This policy explains delivery, refunds, cancellations, and what to do about a charge you do not recognize.

Effective October 6, 2026.

Delivery

After payment, your files are available right away on the confirmation page, and a download link is emailed to the address used at checkout. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to [email protected] with your name, the product, and the purchase date. We will resend the link or send the files directly.

When you can get a refund

Write to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase if any of these apply:

• the files were never delivered and we could not fix it;
• a file is damaged or will not open, and a replacement does not solve the problem;
• the product is materially different from its description;
• you bought the same product twice; or
• you were charged in error.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Most appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We reply to every refund request within 5 business days. Because digital files cannot be returned, other refund requests are considered individually.

Contributions

Contributions to the Commonplace Shelf are voluntary, and nothing is provided in exchange. If you gave by mistake or gave the wrong amount, write to [email protected] within 30 days and we will refund it.

Cancelling a monthly contribution

A monthly contribution renews each month until you cancel. To cancel, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Cancellation takes effect before your next charge; past months are not refunded unless a charge was made in error.

A charge you do not recognize

Charges appear as SILVER CURRENT PRESS, or on some card statements as a shortened form beginning SILVERCURR. If a charge looks unfamiliar, please write to [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We will look up the transaction and, if it was made in error, refund it.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right you have under law that cannot be waived.
